While you were sitting in the lecture hall, listening to what the professor is teaching -- "wouldn't it be wonderful if I can just suck his knowledge into my brain?"
When you were sitting with friends and sharing with them the second hand smoke -- "when will these guys learn that smoking is the number one killer in this nation?"
While you were passing by the big and huge bungalows with lines of luxury cars from one end to the other in the country heights -- "are these people happy?"
While you were driving in single occupant vehicle SOV, you see another guy next to you in SOV but in 8 seater MPV -- "mmm...what a waste"
You look into the eyes of your kids -- "how innocent they are - what will they grow to become?"
You look at your old mother while she is sleeping -- "this is the lady who used to take care of me, ensure all my needs were fulfilled, went through all the tough situations created by a small creature called kid - have i done enough for her?"
These are only a small portion of things that color our life. As much as people are different in physical being, that is how much they are different in thought. Some people see things very straight and clear while others like to make their life complicated and complex. In either way, neither of them feels the physical or psychological pain and suffering or happiness and pleasure of the other. You suffer the pain, you enjoy the happiness -- ultimately it is only you and yourself.
There are times when we wish that other people understand things the way we do and act upon the understanding to bring about changes. Unfortunately, other people have their own wishes and targets in their life. Good things to us might not be good to them and bad things for us might be good to them.
So is it fair that your wish is granted and theirs is not?
